Vermoutheria restaurant brings a concept totally new to Moscow – an intertwining of European lightness and Moscow style. Vermoutheria embraces the European art of casual wine drinking while respectfully paying tribute to Moscow gastronomic trends.

Light and undeniably fresh interior introduces several zones. The bar counter in light-green marble, where bartenders and a pizza maker do their magic, dominates the place. Low sill windows opposite to the counter face old Moscow patio. Vermoutheria is furnished with cozy settees, small tables and comfortable armchairs, while a high table for larger companies and tasting occasions stands out in the middle.
Ornate hard-edge murals on the walls are though worth contemplating over, will not take distract you from partying. Do pay attention to another spotlight – the wine chiller with finest wines and next to the rack with rare brands of vermouth. Seating capacity – up to 40 people.
The second floor of «Vermuteria» is a stylistic continuation of the first one. The same techniques are used in the design, but in a more daring and juicy variations. Emerald, sapphire, coral tones and fabulous paintings on the walls, marble worktop for the guests – it is also a working area for cooks; strict black tables and a large tall tasting table under cherry lamps and huge panoramic windows – the interior is from «S.I.D.R. groups» designer Katya Korchinova. The new menu of «Vermuteria», which became possible only with the second floor opening and a new kitchen, is also a logical continuation of the story conceived by concept chef Carlo Grecu: is continued with pasta for sure.

Vermouths on rose, jasmine and dried apricots; menu from Carlo Grecu; cocktail collection of Spanish, Italian and French vermouths; and the attitude to pizza as to a plate on which crab meets with tom yam sauce and eggplants with braised brains -that is the gastronomic concept of our place.
Andrey Kornilov developed a map with vermouths, as well as cocktails and tinctures based on it. It has 28 classic vermouths from Spain, Italy, France, tinctures on vermouth: with rose, cocoa beans, prunes, dried apricots and 12 cocktails. And the guest can choose on his own, on what vermouth to mix Dry Martini or Manhattan. In addition to vermouth, the bar offers a wide wine list.
Concept chef Carlo Grecu decided to make pizza as the main course for an alcohol card. Pizza dough is made from five types of flour from four continents. The dough is airy and aroma. At the heart- thin, pleasantly lush around the edges. Pizza with beef pastrami is served with a large portion of pickled fatty artichokes, jalapeno peppers and a drop of garlic, with tomato sauce and mozzarella, with oregano and rosemary. The brightest pizza is with eggplants and calf brains, and the most interesting is with crab and thick tom yam sauce, dried tomatoes and fresh cilantro.
