Do Not Disturb – a new bar with your personal concierge
Restaurateur Vasilisa Volkova (“S. I. D. R. Group” holding) and President of Regional Public Organization “Golden keys” Andrey Korystov have set up a joint project on Petrovka – Do Not Disturb. The format is fundamentally new for Moscow: one concierge bar!

Do Not Disturb is a bar of “Golden keys” concierge level, with an access to all opportunities. Our regular guests can contact the concierge upon any request: to get tickets for the “Nutcracker” in Bolshoi Theatre on December, 31st; to visit private concert, when the tickets are sold-out; to order flowers at the time you arrive to the bar; call a car; book a room in any hotel worldwide and so on and so forth. The concept of this project reminds reference bars at the hotels: beautiful interior, perfect service, advanced drink preparing technologies, interesting audience, there is even a hair dryer, fluffy white bathrobe with terry slippers, disposable soap, toothbrushes and other hotel trappings in the bathroom.

Andrey Shmakov (SAVVA in “Metropol” Hotel, Kadriorg in Tallinn, “Lapland” in St. Petersburg) became the guest Chef of the new place. The room-service format menu is not big: warm Brie cheese with dried apricots (350 Rub.), Roquefort with green walnuts jam (450 Rub.), mini-sandwiches with beef tartare and sheep cheese (330 Rub.). For starters, Do Not Disturb offers two types of salad with crab, red caviar, cucumber and dill (680 Rub.) or salad with Brie cheese, pickled sweet tomatoes, persimmon and rucola (480 Rub.), as well as cocotte with shrimps and guacamole (490 Rub.) or porcini and truffle (510 Rub.). Russian accent is realized by pancakes with various caviar, e.g., sturgeon (1800 Rub.), which is recommended to snack with shots or sparkling, eating it from the back of the palm.
Salad with crab
“I suppose, the foreigners, who certainly become frequent guests here, as it is ten-minutes walk to Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Ararat Park Hyatt, “Metropol”, will definitely appreciate the menu of Do Not Disturb,”— says Victoria Volkova , the restaurateur.
The original bar card consists of two sections. In the first – classic cocktails from the best world hotels under a verified recipe: “Black Russian”, “Singapore Sling”, “Negroni”, “Rob Roy”, which will be presented by bartenders-creators personally. In the second – author’s mixes of the brand-bartender of S. I. D. R. Group holding Andrey Kornilov, which are made on home distillates: buckwheat, rowanberry, raspberry, cabbage.For example, “Imperial”, mixed on cabbage distillate, dry sherry and seasoned with pumpkin cordial. And a special recommendation deserves “Rowanberry Dry” on rowanberry distillate, dry vermouth and bitter. Author’s cocktails start from 600 Rub., but opening occasion of the new bar gives Champagne for free to all guests until the end of the year.
In the interior of Do Not Disturb the designer Ekaterina Korchinova decided to hold “a La Rus” style. The amber bar, behind which the signature cocktails are poure, is in the center of attention. Painting on the walls echoes the fragments of the Kremlin Armoury, and carved platbands and satirical stained glass, made by Gleb Solntsev- the artist, brightly illustrate the ideas of foreigners about Russia.
